Putting Artists First in Curatorial Projects with Melissa Messina

Melissa Messina is a nationally acknowledged arts qualified who has designed assumed-provoking exhibitions, dynamic site-responsive initiatives and participating educational community programming equally independently and in leadership positions at museums and non-profit arts companies. For 20 yrs, her work with regional, national, and intercontinental artists has been presented in the U.S. in Atlanta, Kansas Metropolis, Miami, New York, New Orleans, Richmond, Savannah, and Washington, D.C., as nicely as in Bermuda, France, and Hong Kong. She has lectured thoroughly and published broadly, and her study has been funded by Inventive Time and The Andy Warhol Foundation, as well as by fellowships at Emory University’s Stuart A. Rose Library, Atlanta, GA, and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Artwork, Bentonville, AR.
